Whatever your health, fitness and lifestyle goals I am here to help. I aim to set you on the path towards improving both your mind and body by sharing with you a passion for exercise and the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Within your sessions I will help to develop your understanding of effective training methods, healthy nutrition and a positive mindset so that you can embark on your enjoyable journey towards health and fitness.
What and where. . .
Whether its resistance training, HIIT, cardio, flexibility or any other discipline, I will work closely with you to ensure that you are set along the correct path to achieve your specific goals.
As for location, I offer 1-to-1 PT and group sessions from a private gym in Hemingford Abbots.
