Bootcamp is a group outdoor workout that takes place on Saturdays and occasionally on weekday mornings or evenings. It involves a mixture of full body exercises with a HIIT focus and all ability levels are welcome to take part.
Customers can choose whether they would like to book a 1-off session (£8) or a block of 5 or 10 which cost £37.50 and £70 respectively.
